Duties and responsibilities
  • Duties and responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly and periodic management accounts
  • Preparation of accounts ranging from straightforward statements to charity and limited accounts.
  • Self-Assessment returns
  • Preparation of Vat returns
  • Auditing Accounts
  • Meeting clients – either in our office or visiting their premises
  • Generally assisting clients, director and work colleagues dealing with all client and internal matters ensuring the smooth running of the office and work environment
  • Attending courses and keeping up to date with new developments in law, tax, and accounting regulations. 
  • Assisting with the development of new computer systems – moving to a paperless office. 
  • General support to all colleagues and director in relation to any work as required.
Requirements ACA/ACCA Qualified or working towards – desirable.
Experience of working in a practice - desirable.
